Servers containing Apple’s files were not hacked once , but numerous times over the course of more than a year, and Apple failed to stop their users ‘ data from being stolen.
But Apple said none of the data stolen was compromised or sold to others.
After discovering the intrusion, Apple contacted the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), who referred the case to the Australian Federal Police (AFP).
The AFP carried out a raid on the teenager’s suburban home, seizing two laptops, a hard drive and a mobile phone.
The files were stored in a folder named “Hacky Hack Hack”
The 16 yr old hacker is from Melbourne , Australia, managed to break into Apple servers and downloaded some 90GB of secure files , including extremely secure authorized keys used to grant login access to users, as well as access multiple user accounts.

He might be facing prosecution next month in Children ‘s Court.
Experts assume that he apparently, the boy downloaded tens of gigabytes of secure files and accessed “authorized keys” that granted login access to users. He then managed to use security keys that “worked flawlessly” to access Apple’s data. He also allegedly had a look at customer accounts. The teenager used a virtual private network (VPN) to spoof his location though it has not been.
