The major goal for using UFH Blackboard is to reshape the way people learn. The platform gives you easy access to course materials and helps you learn regardless of distance. It also allows you to learn at your own chosen time.
- Assignment Submission
Since you are learning using the platform, you also get to submit your assignments via the same platform. It makes it easy for you to submit assignments regardless of distance and location. All you need is an internet connection and a softcopy of your assignment.
- Collaboration
There is a “chats and discussion” feature on the Blackboard platform that allows both students and lecturers to collaborate on topics regardless of distance and location. This also makes it easier for students to complete their research projects with just a little effort.

UFH Blackboard Login
The Blackboard login procedure is a very simple one but first, you must be registered to the platform before you can log in. If you are not registered yet, then simply send an email to [email protected] or [email protected] (staff only) and [email protected] if you are a student.
If you are already registered, simply follow the procedure below.
- Go to the UFH Blackboard webpage. https://learn.ufh.ac.za
- Enter your student number or staff username in the “USERNAME” box.
- Enter your Password
- Click the “Login” button
That is it. If everything is correct, you should be able to log in successfully.
How To Reset UFH Blackboard Password.
Usually, it is very important to change your password at least once every 60 days. Probably you have forgotten your password after changing it several times. Follow the procedure below to regain access.
- Navigate to the Blackboard webpage. https://learn.ufh.ac.za
- Enter your Username or Student Number.
- Click the “Forgotten Password” link and a form will open
- Enter your first name
- Fill the last name too
- If the Username is blank, then enter your Username or Student Number again.
- Fill your first name and last name at the address area too
- Now enter your email address and submit. Make sure it is your UFH webmail address.
- Log into your UFH webmail. You should receive a message containing your Blackboard password reset link.
- Click on the link
- Complete the form with your new password and repeat it again to verify.
- Click on the submit button and that is it. You have successfully change your password.
