- Enter your student number
- Input your 5 digit pin code. If this is your first time, click on “Request Pin” and follow the procedure to request your pin code.

How To Reset Your UFH Student Online Portal Password
It is advisable to change your Pin code or password at least once every 60 days. This will also help keep your account secure all the time.
Probably you have forgotten your Pincode after changing. Do not panic. Here is what you should do.
- Go to the portal URL
- Enter your student number and leave the Pincode area blank.
- Now click on the “Forgotten Pin” button.
- Make sure your UFH webmail account and phone number on file are working.
- Follow through with the procedure to regain access to your account.
Probably you have forgotten the student number. Just go to the URL and click on “Forgotten Student Number” instead.
Make sure you have your ID or Passport number ready for this process. Note that the ID number must be the one on file else it will not work.
