How To Use My Wits Portal

The My Wits Portal has a website address that you can visit from any web browser. There is also a mobile app that you can install on your phone to make it even easier.

To use the web version, simply visit the website link. You Should see a page similar to the image below.

To use the mobile version, you must download it from the Play Store or App Store following the procedure below.

  • Go to the App Store or Play Store and search “Ivanti Service Manager“.

  • When done, Log in to the portal using your Wits Self Service Username and Password.
  • To open a ticket or report an issue, click on “Service Catalogue
  • Click on “New Ticket
  • Click on the “Request” button.
  • Select the appropriate department, describe your issue, make sure you upload any attachments necessary, and click on the “Submit” button.
  • You can also view your tickets by selecting “My items” from the Dashboard.
